Well, first off, has anyone noticed irregularities in the reports from them? I have one particular account where the number of 90+ lates changes from 3 to 2 and back every other week. I have seen other strangeness, like blanks instead of numbers and dates missing. Actually, my report for week ending 7/14 didn't even match my mailed Equifax report from 7/11 for that account. Just wondering how much importance I should put on items from a Privista report. It doesn't seem 100% reliable. (As if the CRA's themselves aren't bad enough!) The other question is about the score they show you. It says CreditXpert, which I understand is based on TransUnion, right? Because the reasons they give for the score seem based on the Equifax report, but they probably just make something up, LoL. If they do use TU, then the score from them should be very close to E-Loan I would think?
Hi, Privista's reports aren't very up to date: http://consumers.creditnet.com/stra...p?postid=206126&highlight=privista#post206126 If you do a search on 'Privista' you will see they have problems with being current. On Eloan, the score is suppose to be close to Transunion, but: http://consumers.creditnet.com/stra....php?postid=208754&highlight=eloan#post208751 Hope this helps.
