Now I know if you are set up for email alerts, they will email you of any changes...is this good and/or bad changes? I know I was alerted when my BK was entered and when the accounts were updated to "included in bk" but will I now be alerted when the reports show the discharge (that I just received yesterday, YEAH!? And will the "included in bk" change to anything else after they receive my discharge papers?

    Thanks

The accounts will always say 'included in bk' and 'closed at grantors request'

Watch for errors that you can delete for.

All 4 of the accounts that were included in my BK are listed as so. Unfortunately, there is nothing to dispute. :-(

Do you know if CE and/or CW will email you with both good and bad changes on your report?

I personally find that sometimes you will get e-mail almost once every 2 days (during disputes), then sometimes you will get nothing until the beginning of the month.

I think it is individual, like depending upon what happens on your report.
Oh, I forgot, you will also get good e-mail also.

    Is that what you mean?

Yes, I just wanted to know if my report changes for the better, will I get an email alert?

I am getting emails, but then I have items in dispute. When they are verified, I get email.

When they are deleted I get email. (good email ;-)

I think it depends upon what is happening in/on your report.

Also, sometimes people get no emails, myself included.

I think you might have to take a chance and check your report in the event you don't get any email, but you know something should have happened.

I am guessing that something major would get a email alert.

Between my wife and I, we have seen nearly 30 deletions without a single e-mail. On the other side, We do get e-mails on inquiries and other negative entries, though.

My rule of thumb is to check at least once a day...

You sound surprised that you got your discharge papers really fast. When did you file? I filed 6/12/02 and wasn't expecting mine anytime soon.
