Does any one no what the law in illinois is regarding medical debt. If your spouse go's to the hospital and signs the bill can they put it on your credit report if the health insurance is in your name???
Did they file a claim with your insurance company? Did your insurance pay them? Did your insurance send you an EOB, showing what they were billed, what they allowed, what they paid, and what you owe? Did you pay that amount?
