Quick little question on scores

When a creditor pulls a hard inquiry, do they get the score I see right now, or do they get a score reduced by how ever many points I'll lose for their inquiry?

In other words, if my score is 700 now and the creditor does a hard inquiry which lowers my score by say 10 points, does that same creditor see the 700 or the 690?

I have a feeling I know the answer, but I'd like a confirmation of my suspicion if anyone can tell me for sure.

    Thanks much!

I *think* they see the score without the inquiry factored in.
