I have heard repeatedly that a creditor has to, by law, accept a minimum of 10 dollars a month payment. Is this true? Does anyone know what law it is? Thanks in advance, Jeff
No Jeff. It's not true. However, if you did send $10 a mo. your OC would look pretty silly taking you to court wouldn't they? "Your Honor, I'm TRYING"! Yes.
