My DH has Bank One/MBNA card issued to him from work; it is from his boss's small business account with Bank One. Over the weekend he went to close on of his own personal MBNA card and was asked if he wish to close the business card, which he said no. He then told me that he did not sign anything at work when he received this card, if his boss defaults on the card will that show up on his report? Should he have sign something stating all balances are ABC Company responsibility not my DH's? Thanks
