I have a Cap 1 secured Visa and a FCNB secured Visa on the way. I called Cap 1 and they said I could get another card in 45 days (secured Mastercard). I was added as an AU on a Discover and Discover Platinum. Are there any other cards, secured or not, that does not charge the riduculous acceptance/ application/ fees? FICO's in the mid 500's. Thanks. PS already denied in Shell.
