quick question

    i a company has a corparate account with sams and a employee goes in and applys for credit and they hit the wrong button and run a co worker instead the co worker being me... and refuse to remove it even though they have admitted there mistake what can you do trans union will not take it off gave me there generic only need permissable purpose can i sue sams

    request a debt validation in writting and request for signatures and proof of the debt and give them 30 days.

    i sent them a email via planet feed back this morning... after 30 days than can i sue

    If they dont validate the debt in 14 days on day 15 send it cretified mail with a copy of the e-mial attached give another 15 days if no reply submit a formal Intent to file Complaint with a copy of both dispute letters and the green certified receipt and give them 30 days by the way send this certified as well. keep this on your calander then you just sue the pants off them you have proof of a dispute then and intent to clearify it.

    Sams
    Credit Card Co.
    The CRA
    Or Who

    sams club we have a membership with them threw work one of the gir ls in the office applied for a credit card they hit my name first and pulled all three cr's than realized there error and pulled hers they have apologized for this but refuse to have it deleted

    Why would he send a validation ltr when there isn't even a debt he's referring to. I think Ghoneyhone's concern is merely having an inquiry on his reports. And if that is the case, and TU is giving him a hard time, he could just send one of those ltr's ( I forget who posted them, maybe someone can help me out here) that spells out the FCRA, and how a CRA must investigate inquiries just as they must investigate anything else you dispute, unless deemed frivilous.
