2 Quick questions: 1- I have 2 CA accounts reporting as open. I thought CA accounts were supposed to be reported as closed. Violation or no? and 2 -I have a First Resolution (Crap 1) account showing as: Date Opened: 06/2001 Reported Since: 06/1998 Date of Status: 06/1998 Last Reported: 08/2001 Credit Limit/Original Amount: $2,100 Recent Balance: $1,578 as of 08/2001 Account History: Collection as of 8-2001, 6-1998 Does this look right to you? How can the Opening date be 3 years after the Reported since date? Is this a violation too, or should I just move for deletion? I'm sure these have been asked before, but I'm having a bear of a time weeding through the threads. Thanks for your help!

I have the same problem. OC is not reporting to any CRA but CA is showing OPEN. I disputed with all 3 came back verified even though CA has not validated to date.
