I am so tempted to write to all 3 CRA's and tell them to just wipe my reports clean, since they have been reporting so much erroneous information about me for years! My bk was discharged in 98 - yet since that time I have accounts that were discharged and not stating as such on the reports. A judgement was satisfied a year ago - but that wasn't updated either until I disputed it. Each CRA reports different info on the same accounts. TU has my mortgage as being included in the BK and it wasn't - the others report it correctly. Who is really to blame here - the CRAs or the companies that report to them - or both?? I am starting to get really po'd about all of this. Who are the CRA's responsible to? Why do they have the right to keep such sloppy records - they aren't held accountable for this. Their RNG sucks, they say they have a formula to create the scores but can see that it is all a bunch of b.s. I have had accounts with quite a few businesses since the bk - but they don't report to the CRA's. Can you tell I am getting alittle bit tired! LOL!!! I have slowed down alittle bit, I think the waiting is what is annoying me now. Why should I have to wait for them to correct what is wrong? I will have a new quest once I get my report cleaned up - fighting their stupid scoring system and the way they report my info.
