It's issued by Citibank USA. I've had it since October 2000 no problems. Then Experian was pulled. I don't know if this is still true but like other Citibank USA cards you could get by the citibank blacklist. This may have changed in the last few months. Checks are now payable to "Citicards" rather than Citibank USA, so they may be in the process of merging systems.
I don't have Quicken CC. I have Hilton HHonors Visa Signature Card and they pulled credit from Transunion. Ron.
