Ok - thought so. Thankyou So, my next question is - I have disputed as not mine - came back verified. I am now disputing the amount. If that comes back verified, should I dispute as - this is not a charge off? I don't want to write - this was included in bk - would rather get rid of it. I just can't believe how many errors there are in my reports! Is it also possible that my score is alittle higher due to these accounts being rated R9 when they should have been R0?
