Just discovered an interesting fact. Citibank NA issues the Radioshack credit card. They keep turning me down for a Citi card, but I was given a Radioshack card with a then $750/now $1000 credit limit. Citi pulls TU in Missouri and that is my worst report. Not sure who they pulled for the RS card.
Hurley state bank bought by associates (associate commerce services) which merged into citibank.. Citi has a bunch of banks under their wings, and they don't really share much but the name..
Where in Missouri? I'm right outside St Louis. Both times I've applied it's been TU. Wish they would pull EQ.
Southwest Part below Springfield. I wish they would pull TU for me it's better then Equifax score. I am having no luck in disputing with Equifax TU verified one wrong they are nuts. I do have 3 Citi Cards and now Zales & Radioshack
WHICH Citibank NA? There are at least two candidates: Citibank USA, NA and Citibank (South Dakota), NA. By the way, NA stands for National Association. A national bank can be either XYZ National Bank or XYZ Bank, National Association. It depends on whether they wish to emphasize or downplay the "national" aspect of their name.
RichGuy, Citibank USA, Associates National Bank, Universal Bank and Hurley State Bank is going to merge into Citibank (South Dakota), NA. Ron.
All it said on my statement was that this card is now issued by Citibank NA. It didn't specify South Dakota or USA. I'm assuming South Dakota.
