this is kind of off the topic but I have to vent. I go online to pay my bill today. I being pregnant and all the hormones in my body, can't remember anything, and today it was my password into my citibank account. I call the toll free number and they said we can't give you your password because you don't have your card with you (I am weaning myself off of revolving credit). I said ok, I have all the other info that you would need, but they refused, but they did offer to take the payment by phone, BUT it is an additional $15!!!!! So, I said "Let me speak with a supervisor" It just so happened that I was speaking with one and he had the nerve to say "Why should I waive this fee for you because of a problem YOU created?" What a Jack A@@! Anyway, I told him that I am at WORK, I don't have my card, I haven't used it in forever, but I can give him everything he needs to know about me to prove that I am not some hacker trying to pay someone elses bill ONLINE for crying out loud! Then he said, you know your payment was due on June 30th. Ultimately he waived the fee, but he was very rude while taking MY MONEY! These fees are just another way to trap people into staying in debt. Thanks for the vent.

just tell them the website is broken. fee waived. no check. for any reason including your isp not being able to access their shiz, they will take a phone payment for free. It is their DUTY to provide RELIABLE service to Your computer. werd. try it oh yeah, always pay twice a month, like the min payment, then next paycheck any more. you'll never get your self into the predicament.
Re: Re: rant and rave citibank!! Excellent ideas. Thanks. I especially like the idea of paying twice a month. Even though it will cost me more, it will help ensure that most of my payments are received before the due date (in case one is lost in the mail, or on-line) and it will help me get out of debt faster. Way cool!
