I just called them. Rep said min score is 500 and she thinks Equifax is pulled. She said they run onlly one report and submit to various lenders based on the credit report. She said lenders will not run their own report. I explained what was on my CR and told her my income. She thought she could get me lowered by 5% with a re-fi deal, This sounds too good to be true. Please someone with some knowledge give input.
Ok the rep lied. I just took a closer look at their site and its says a lender might pull another credit report.
