Hi Everyone. I need advice on a few issues. I sent a CA a ltr and rcvd the green card back on 10/16. I've been reading that some of you say to dispute with the CRA's as soon as the green card is sent back to you. If that is the case, which letter am I using for the CRA's? My next question is, I have several items that I need to dispute with the CRA's but not ready to do them at the same time as the one mentioned above. If I do them one at a time instead of 3-5 at a time is there a negative impact on my credit or the process? Any comments/advice or suggestions would be great. Thanks!
I guess I'll chime in with the same question. I've been reading this board for a couple of months now. Worked up the courage to send validation letters to a couple of CA's. It had the desired effect. They stopped calling me, although it's been more than 30 days and they haven't responded with validation. I have read A LOT of this board already (many late nights). My question is this: some people suggest sending estoppel or a second validation letter. My thought is, if the CA hasn't validated, and they are still reporting, why go through the trouble of sending them more letters? Aren't they already in violation? If you send a copy of the initial validation letter and green card to the CRA when you dispute your CR, isn't that proof enough the CA hasn't validated?
Dear CRA, I do not recognize the following account: abc collection Please delete. (Don't get complicated - the CSR's are not brain surgeons). As far as 1 or 2 or 3 or however many at a time, it shouldn't have any impact on you. TU may accuse you of using a Credit Repair Agency, but then, they are accusing everybody

For a good strong paper trail needed for sueing the CA and or the CRA No. THE END ** *** ** LB 59 """"```--~~~~~~~~~--```'""'''
