have a some accounts that show one date on a trimerge from 10/03. And now, the same account are showing a more recent DLA from a trimerge on 3/04. These accounts have been reaged, and I have evidence to support the claim. Could you please offer some assistance on an ITS letter for this scenario? I'm thinking on ITS the CRA and the CA. Sidenote- another problem- What can be done about an account that is a collection account. Yet they CA is reporting the account as having late payments EVERY SINGLE MONTH! I've never made a payment to this company- so how can it be late????? Please help, I appreciate ANY assistance
