Hi everybody I want to say thank you so much for all the help, this forum has truly given me a second chance. I disputed a repossession with Experian and they say they verified it. But when I pulled my own credit it the date of last activity changed from 5/98 to 4/2002. What can I do about this. Tu and Efx have deleted this item. Thanks, again.
Send them another letter with copies of the reports. Tell them, here is the proof and if the account is not deleted then you will file a lawsuit. I have always had to send a second more threatening letter to Experian before they correct things. It usually works for me. Good luck!
