AFTER Disputing a few items on my CR I received an online update stating 1 updated,1removed,1 remains...my question pertains to the updated one.
On my CR as of last month it showed a balance of xxx amount, I diputed it because I have 2 letters showing it was paid of in 2003. does the new balance date on the "updated" report I just pulled mean it was "re-aged" so that it looks like I just paid it as opposed to the real payoff date of over 2 years ago?I know theres a difference between balance date and last active date, but I cant seem to see anything listed as last active on the following report....

they never report the DOLA - you have to call and ask them what they have as the DOLA.

    experian sucks.
