Hello everyone. Does anyone know a good attorney in the Dallas Texas area for FCRA, FDCPA violations? I just spent an hour on the phone talking with Mr. Cooke from Capital One. They have illegally re-aged a debt they purchased on my TransUnion file and refuse to correct the dates. (they restarted my 7-year clock on a purchased charge-off). Any thoughts would be greatly aprreciated.
