I am sueing Tenet Healthcare doctors hospital. I received a response yesterday from their lawyer. I was surprised to learn that Tenet owns CFC. I sued me vs Tenet , however, the response was me vs syndicated office systems d/b/a central financial control. Any suggestions ?
re; legal advice I sued Tenet Hospital but the response from their lawyer was me vs Syndicate office systems dba cfc, I sued the original creditor not the collection agency even though , I just found out that Tenet owns CFC. Any advice ?
I'd presume CFC bought the debt and thus, is the correct defendant. They probably have an indemnification clause in their purchase agreements. Just a guess . . .
I finally got their answer to my suit. Tenet does own Syndicated office systems, inc., d/b/a central financial control. My first amended compliant is 29 pages long. I have been building this case for 4 years. their lawyer called and advised me that I be responsible for her attorney fees. i advised her that i would be seeking attorney fees pro se. In texas , I have the right to recover like fees plus costs if I win. Not only that, but if I win this case , this is a criminal matter also and I can file a criminal complaint also. I also found out that I can make a claim against their bond posted with the secretary of state w/o going to court, if I can show wrongdoing.
Re: Central Financial Control As an ex collector for CFC I can confirm that CFC is a third party debt collector through Syndicated Office Systems In Orange Co. CA Here it get fuzzy but I believe that sos and cfc are owned by The hospital corporation Tenet that owns and operate many hospitals. I believe it's Tenets wish to portray themselves healers and caregivers so when the unfortunate patient cant pay, an honest attempt at setting up very small payments is done by the hospital. If not paid or at least replied to they then attempt to recoup from the patient via CFC collectors. That's the story short and sweet, unfortunately this country doesn't have free health care and the hospitals are owned by a corporation with stock holders to answer to. The truth of it is no stock holders no money, no money, no salaries no electric bills paid no oxygen delivered = no hospital= Death. and my friend you will soon find out just how cheap life is. To finalize CFC is governed by the collection laws set forth by the Federal Government and the Texas state legislature. But it sounds like your case is against the hospital as it would never take a collection case 4 years. and remember a man who represents himself has a fool for a client
