Is anyone having any problems with them, like things being out of whack and not updated? Our mortgage is listed under installment, not mortgage. I called and they said they'd check into it. Call again after several days and they say they've forwarded my inquiry to Experian. Then there was a hard inquiry on my husband's report, yet it didn't show up in the CreditExpert information. I pulled the report and it's on the report, just not updated in creditexpert. It's also listing that we're currently late on 1 account... but we're not. There is no mention of being currently late on anything in our report, yet credit expert plainly says we are currently late. On my credit expert report, it says you're score has gone up x amount of point or down x amount of points since whatever date. On my husband's report, it just gives the score, no history. We're still in our free month, but this is making me seriously reconsider keeping with it for the $80/year if things aren't updated. Is anyone else experiencing any glitches like this?? Ozzy.
