I just caught TU. I disputed a cap one as never late and it was removed and they sent me a new CR showing it as such. I got a new CR from TU regarding a different dispute and it was reinserted! They did not give me 5 days notice. Is it true they have to delete the entire trade line? How do I go about calling them on the carpet since it is a blatent violation!?
It stated something to the effect of Here are the results of your investigation "see new info below" It showed as never late. Now it shows 1 time 30 days late in the past 15 months.
What are the dates on the reports? I have received reports from the same CRA that, even though it is dated later, I received it before getting another report that is dated sooner. Does that make sense?
Bump. I have some that were reinserted after deletion. And I have the proof of deletion. How do I go about this. I also have proof of reaging....
Same thing here. I had 3 collections (MEDCLR) deleted - have the notice from TU... today - BANG! there they are again with a slight modification to the name. First it appeared as NCO then MEDCLR (which we know is an NCO affiliate) NOW it is MED1 This is BS!!
