Where can I find any judgement information that I may have. Is it on my credit report somewhere? I pulled a 3 in one and looked under public records and there is nothing listed, yet my future life insurance agent says there is. TIA for any and all help!
Yes, it would be under the public records portion of your CR. I am not sure how accurate 3 in ones are sometimes. When I pulled one of those in January and compared it to the ones I pulled from the CRAs, there were alot of differences and alot of my stuff is old. I had a supposed judgement filed in September that was not on the January report but showed up in May. The courts do not report this info, the CRA's go looking for it. You can also look up to see if your name pulls up any judgements online. If you know about this judgement and know which courthouse it was filed in you can go online type in your name and viola! You'll have your answer.
