I forgot to add that the building has not presented me with charges and i have ABSOLUTELY no proof or any evidence that the damages were indeed 48,000 dollars, or whether they PAID for it or INSURANCE covered it. I am sure there are a lot of ways to demand validaiton of this and stop them in their tracks. Hoping that they wont be able to produce sufficient documnets to prove this. any ideas?
If a CA is trying to collect, send them a validation letter, preferably within 30-days of receipt of that letter -- mail it certified with a return receipt. Sassy
