Hello all, First a major thank you to so many of the experts here who are helping newbies navigate credit cleanup. I've made a lot of mistakes in both my credit and my attempts to clean it up (as I have learned pouring through archives for the past couple of weeks!) So, here are my questions 1) I have several items on my credit report that I previously disputed as "included in Bankruptcy." Can I go back now and demand validation (Magnus Credit Service) and X.Com. 2) Can a company MBNA continue to report a "charge-off" since they did so 1 month before I filed? They said "not included in BK since they charged off before." I understand from the archives they will validate, so anyway to get rid of them? 3) Should I bother to try for a Target Guest Card since included in My Ch. 7 was a "Marshall Fields through Retailers." I don't want an inquiry if I'll be shot down, and I already still have my Dillards and Macy's cards. If that's enough retail for my report, I'll hold firm.
