OK hello all I am fairly new I read all through the newbie section however, I am still confused as to issues with OC's. OK honestly the charge off's are mine or rather my EX WIFE'S doing, but how can I get them deleted? I understand the Nutcase series is for Charged OFf paid in full so what is the letter to get a chance deletion from OC's and collection agencies?
The first thing to do would be to create a paper trail to use for future deletion. I would recommend starting this by contacting the OC and requesting validation of the debt.
Ok can someone give me an example of the validation letter. Do I include my SSN? The charged off account number? What is the right letter to send?
