    Well,
    The part I dont understand is this. Why would you sue the credit reporting agency for some one else's act of fraud. It wasnt their fault to begin with. Now, if the CRA refused to remove the infromation after the investigation and the negative info kept this person form obtaining credit in the future (after the CRA has been made aware of the FRAUD) then that is a different story. Anyone know more about this??
