I am at the end and its come down to me sueing these clowns to get a response from them. They are collecting on a MCI account i never had before in the amount of 1400. Its only been reported on EQ and its well known these sleazeballs enjoy an intimate biz relationship with each other,. Every letter i sent them CMRR has been ignored including my ITS, and the Estopell and validation series. Im in NY (not buffalo or NYC) and the small claims process is somewhat confusing to me but Im learning by reading some old posts. The registered agent is a CT CORPORATION SYSTEM that Im trying to find for NY. Anyone have any pointers in NY small claims and how I can pursue this to nail these aholes.
I had the same problem. MCI account that was not mine and no response to the series of letters sent... UNTIL I sent a copy of the notice to sue to the CEO of the company. Then things happened pretty darn fast and the account was dropped faster than a New York minute from EQ. If you need his addy info pls post your email.
