    Hi,

    Everytime, my husband disputes the item (providian), Experian always reages the tradeline. Providian (last activity) 04/2000. He disputed on 09/2001 and came back varified. But at the note, it says " this account will go to positive on 09/2008.

    Does EX reage the account? is it supposed to be 04/2007??

    Thank you so much. I guess I will have to call Experian.

    I'd write and send the letter certified mail so you'll have legal proof if you need to take the issue to court.

    Equifax is doing that crap to me right now. I got a letter from the creditor and faxed to Equifax yesterday.
