if you send a procedural request to a CRA on a tradeline and they don't respond do they have to remove the tradeline?

not for me they dont, all i get is a name and address of the creditor. And that is wrong most of the time.

No, they legally do not have to remove TL, though failure to respond is one of the means of "leveraging" the CRA through violations.

By law they have 15 days to respond (I believe); but that response is generally a very "generic" "description" of how the methods they MAY use. It never tells you exactly HOW they investigated YOURS.
