Received Letter from Creditor Stating NOT to Contact Credit Bureaus

So everything's going well except the never-ending battle with Green Tree. I disputed their lies with the credit bureaus and received a letter in the mail from them today. It says that they are aware I have contacted the credit bureaus to dispute the account and reported information but they have asked me not to do it again. They said that they had rather me contact their customer service department directly by phone and discuss the account. HUH??? Isn't it MY right to dispute inaccurate information? Yet they want me to STOP? If they would report it correctly, I would have no need to contact the bureaus but they just won't do it.

They also sent our monthly statement and there is of course the little part at the top with a breakdown of what I'm paying. Monthly Payment, Escrow Insurance, Late Fees, and then there's something that really bothers me...a line of "Other Charges and Fees" of over $150 but no description as to what they are?

I have a feeling we need a private attorney for this one. *SIGH*

    Possibly.

I would write them a letter saying simply, if you report 100% complete, accurate, and verifiable information, as you are required by law, I wouldn't need to contact the CRAs.

So, if you never want me to contact the CRAs, there is a simple solution, fix the reporting or delete.
