I got my reports online. I have been able to handle the EQ and EXP reports, but not TU.You need the confirmation number to get past the automation BS. All TU's phone lines require a report number, because they are only required to provide phone assistance to consumers who have received a copy of their report. If you don't have a report number, mail them the dispute. It is better for you to mail the disputes because you don't have a paper-trail for any other type of dispute. If you need to eventually take a legal path with a dispute, you'll need all the paper-trail you can develop.
