ooh yeah! today i recieved my check from exp as a result of my lawsuit. I received a default judgement since they did not show up in court! i do not have a new copy of my cr yet, but I should get it any day now! for those of you who are filing small claims, i did sue for seperate violations and i received the max for my small claims court.
I hope you send copies of the Default Judgement to whatever company rates business credit. They need to have this on THEIR credit file!

uniondiva, Way to go!!! I know that must be a very rewarding relief. Has your EX story been posted? What state are you in? I may end up suing EX, but Allen is only 300 miles away. How many different suits did you have? I am very happy for you. Charlie
