I applied for Associates National Bank MC or VI to get started. I received my decline today. The only reason stated was for too many inquiries. I have been very careful about my inquiries over the last six months. I do applied for Chevron an a jewelry account and got both of those. I was declined for two others. I would not consider that too many. How do I ask for reconsideration? Is there a sob story that I can give? Where, whom, what number do I call? All help is greatly appreciated!!
Well, I went for it today. I spoke to a rep and she told me that it was sent for reconsideration and that they would notify me within 7-10 days. I also sent a letter via PFB and asked again for an okay with this card. I will advise.
