Jerseyboy, No I would not record if you live in a two party state unless you tell them at the beginning of the conversation that they are being recorded. And you have to record that you told them. That is the mistake Linda Tripp made. she lived in Maryland a 2 party consent state and recorded Monica(Clintons Toy) in D.C. which is a one party consent state. Last I heard she was facing Federal time. When I recorded I only recorded other people in my own state except 1 call that was in West Virginia which is also a 1 party consent state.

George I agree with you. That evidence should have not been picked to death, but your know politics. I dont know if she ever went to prison or not, but she was in alot of trouble. I have read I dont know how many articles.
