Is there a mortgage company that will only pull equifax to do a mortgage refi ?, I live in GA .....household did but the rate is to HIGH
I thought they were prime, but when I talked to one of their reps last week, she said they were subprime. They were offering quite unfavorable terms on my car refi loan too.

i know for wachovia they only pull your equifax , they pull it while you are at the bank and they will tell you the score if you ask nicely..
