Hello Everyone, Thank you all for your help in getting credit reports straighten out, Because of that I raise my FICO scores. I was able to refinance my home and close this past Thursday. I locked-in at 6.125% APR. I also saved money by de-titling my home myself (of course with help of my boyfriend) because of a mistake of the certificate of orgin being sent to me instead of the Finance company. That Finance company had my home on a revolving charge account at 12.75% APR. I am grateful to them that they helped my get my home but I am glad to be out of that type of loan and interest rate. I am working on a plan to get this house paid off in five years. I know it can be done with sacrifice. I just wanted you let you all know and to thank you all for your help. YEAH!!
