Thanks for reading a long time lurker who's now an official newbie... Can anyone share any dealings with Refinance America, Morrisville, PA and/or their attorney Robert Reibstein, Narberth, PA. Refinance America filed suit through Reibstein on my wife for an unpaid credit card (in the complaint they do appear to offer proper evidence of having bought the account from First USA Bank and account is within PA SOL). We had never heard of Refinance America or Robert Reibstein prior to being served and had not heard from First USA Bank or any other collection agency for over three years. We have filed our appearance in the Court of Common Pleas and filed a strong answer to complaint. It is expected that this case will go to arbitration at some future point. Long sad story concluded...Just wondereing if anyone else has dealt with these people so I will know what kind of insect repellent to bring to court.TY
