Back from the CU and we got an approval for the refinance! We have been working on this for a year now and they called today and said it was APPROVED! Appraisal has been ordered and they will call us the day before they are coming and once that gets back to the underwriter, he will order the title search and that comes back...we close! Saving $500/month on our house payment and who knows how much interest! Thanks for all the advice and help here and yes, I did this credit repair on my own, didn't pay a dime other than paper, ink and stamps/postage.

Whooo Hoooo! Underwriting called today and everything is set. The loan packet is being sent to our local branch tomorrow via UPS and we close on Thursday at 1:00! Thank God!
Thanks for all of the good wishes! We have closed; signed, sealed & delivered! I have to give my credit union a big thank you because they got our loan completed in less than 30 days from date of application.
