I can beleive my husbands score was 561 we just refinanced will be paying our debt and will be receiving cash out it took 18 days to close, after all the run around I had from others,rate 6.7 score was low do to high debt and a old charge off reappearing,this was our second refi, this guy is great no b.s. does scores down to 500
