Is there any company/companies that will refinance with 2 late house payments and give a halfway decent interest rate?? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. TY! Lori
Lori The simple answer is yes. However, without getting alot more information I can't really say with any accuracy. There just isn't enough information available. When were the lates and were you just 30 days late or were you 60 days? They were 2 30 day late payments.. There is also a collection from 96(repo) because I was out of work. We have been hit with so many bills this year we fell behind.
