Can anybody enlighten me as to the particulars when a loan company rep. refuses to give you the notes and who entered them on your loan. I was hung up on buy Household Automotive Financal Corp. at least 3 times yesterday because I asked for this information and now they will not even speak to me. When I call them they cut me off and say I can not speak to them at all. I experienced that 7 times. ( I know, I know,....If Capital One is going to take care of the bill for me why am I still chewing on Household Auto's cheeks? Because I can!!!)
