Refusal to pay ?

    1*The CA then stated fine I will put you down as refusal to pay at which point I hung up.

    So what if you did refuse??

    If they put you down as a refusal to pay it is usually nothing more than a bluff, a scare tactic.

    If you send them a refusal to pay it has the same force and effect as a cease & desist.
