I have a judgement that was paid in Jul 04 for back rent from a landloard. The landlord has not updated the judgement information to indicate it has been satisfied. I wrote a letter to the landloard to update the information but she has not done so. What can I do to get this information updated?
Find out the procedures of the court in which the judgment was filed. A satisfaction of judgment (or whatever your local court calls it), needs to be filed with the court.
