I have a Discover account from 1996. I had not paid on this account since 2000 but before finding this board I agreed to Discover's hardship program and was paying $87 a month from Feb. 2002 to Feb. 2003. This account is not yet charged off but it is showing many late dates. Is Discover allowed to re-age the account since it is not yet charged off??
