Hi All Iâ??m confused about Date of Status/Last Reported on EXP. I have a paid CapOne C/O on my reports. I have been disputing this on and off since 10/2000. (note date) TU has removed it complete, EQ removed the history and the amount charged off went from $1370 to $233 (I have no idea) but still list it as a R9. EXP on the other hand has it listed as complete correct with the nasty history, which I have disputed as they have me 90 late days before I was 30 late days with no results. Now going over my EXP with a fine tune comb, I see my Date of Status/ Last Reported is 11-2000/11-2000. On 1/17/2002 I disputed the history the results were CapOne remains. 2/23/2002 I requested the procedures blah, blah, blah disputed the results were CapOne previously investigated â?? (no date given). Re-disputed the procedures issue on 3/15/2002 results were CapOne was previously investigated on 2/13/2002. WTF I say. They did not send the full report so I have my last report dated 3/15/2002 showing Date of Status/ Last Reported as 11-2000/11-2000. Under status details it says this item was verified on 2/2002 and remains unchanged. OK if this was verified on 2/2002 shouldnâ??t the Date of Status/Last Reported be 2-2002/2-2002. Or am I just stupid? On my EQ they have DOLA as 2/98 and Date Reported as 3/02. I have not disputed this with EQ this year as I have bigger issues with them regarding my FMC. Which makes perfect sense to me. If I am not stupid, and those dates should be 2/2002 what do I have on EXP? And how do I get this removed?
