If you want to start out nice: January 2, 2003 CSC Credit Services Box 981221 El Paso, TX 79998 To Whom It May Concern: On November 22, 2002 you received a dispute from me regarding the following that was not reporting current accurate information: GMAC Account No. On December 5, 2002, I pulled my credit report from Credit Watch, and noted that the furnisher of information (GMAC) had updated the account with the current balance, R1 status, and deletion of all late payment history. I continued checking my report for other investigations pending. As late as the report I pulled on December 20, 2002, this information was still being reported as current, etc. On December 22, 2002, I again pulled my credit report, only to find that the late payment history had been reinserted for this account. Per Section 611, 5b(i), I am requesting a copy of the certification you are required to obtain in order to reinsert previously deleted material. If you did not obtain certification, then I am requesting you delete the late payment history, and cloak this account so that there is not further reinsertion without certification. B) Requirements relating to reinsertion of previously deleted material. (i) Certification of accuracy of information. If any information is deleted from a consumer's file pursuant to subparagraph (A), the information may not be reinserted in the file by the consumer reporting agency unless the person who furnishes the information certifies that the information is complete and accurate. Your attention to this matter is appreciated. jlynn

1. Yea, go ahead and add that. Can't remember why I didn't - maybe saved it for step 2 letter. 2. No, make them figure it out
