I have a tl that I disputed back in May 2003 and the tl was subsequently deleted. I recently disputed another tl with EQ and when I got back the updated report on yesterday, the tl that was deleted was reinserted. It is with the same CA and same account info. Does the updated report counts as notification of the reinsertion or should EQ send a letter specifically notifying me of the reinsertion?

I believe the CRA must notify you within 5 days that an item has been re-inserted
