I have a WAMU visa and noticed that when i login it gives you a FICO score. When I compared the score given to my Truecredit number it was way off. For that matter how good is the Truecredit score. Any wisdom to pass down my wiser and experienced creditnetians
True Credit scores are worthless insofar as no lenders use it. The WAMU provided score is a FICO score however, it is a credit card enhanced model and thus, some creditors may use it and some may not. There are many, many FICO models. With that said, the WAMU score is a FICO based model at least and therefore, a much better barometer than True Credit.
